We have well trained and qualified carers that can provide 24 hour care 7 days a week.

Our live in services will allow you to have a care worker with you all day and night, every day of the week, all year round. We try to maintain continuity of care delivered to meet all individual requirements at all times.

Live in care workers can be there to support you, whether it be for personal care services or domestic services. Full time care needs assessment and a care plan will be put together with the client before the care package begins. This will then inform the care worker what services you require them to do throughout their stay with you. This live in service may also be used on a temporary basis for rehabilitation needs or post operation clients, or even just for companionship reasons. We devise the plan of care that best meets the needs of the client.

Waking night and sleeping night services

We also provide waking night staff and sleeping night staff. Waking nights within a client’s own home would start from 10:00pm till 07:00am. Within registered care homes this can be accommodated between the hours of 08:00pm till 08:00am. Within these hours the carer will be there to assist with all the needs you desire, whether it is personal care, medication prompting, social care or somebody there just to check on you every hour. Please note that waking hours means that the staff member would be awake all night to cater for needs. Sleeping night shifts are between the same hours but the carer worker working will not be awake all night, they will only be there to assist you in the event of an emergency during the night, and any light duties before you go to bed.
